For instance the R600 rower comes with smooth air resistance which is easily adjustable to provide the level of intensity you require. In addition this Proform rower has an LCD console so you keep an eye on your progress with your workout statistics at convenient eye level.
Delivering on comfort, the R600 Rower features a comfortable, molded seat with an oversized steel seat rail. In addition the R600 rower has an ergonomic Soft Touch handle which helps relieve strain while you use it. Fitted transport wheels make it easy to move the rowing machine from place to place.
