Delivery and returns

At FitnessPlus.ie, our staff provide a fast efficient delivery service. Our team deliver for hire and sales to most of the Republic of Ireland.

For all online orders contact will be made within 1-2 working days by our support team to discuss your order and arrange delivery of your equipment .

It is our aim to get your chosen machine to you within 24 – 48 hours (where at all possible).  At busy periods delivery times may extend beyond this depending on availability of machines.

We also endeavor to deliver your machine at a time that suits you but this may not always be possible.

Delivery on sale items may take 7 to 15 working days depending on stock. Please ask when you order your machine. Its is our aim to turn around all orders as quickly as possible with the vast majority of small items being delivered within 2-3 working days. On rare occasions stock may delayed and when this happens a member of the support team will be in touch to advise of the delays or recommend a suitable alternative. Our team aim to deliver all orders within no more than 30 days of your order. If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted on either your provided e-mail address or the phone number in order to advise you of this and to offer suitable advice and alternatives.

Fitnessplus.ie use a range of alternative methods to send you your goods in the quickest possible way.  Our delivery men will deliver to a ground floor only. Contact a member of our support team if any machines are required upstairs.

Covid 19 Guidelines & Restrictions

Until further notice we cannot offer the assembly service

Deliveries may take an extra 5 days due to issues in getting stock from our supplier

All deliveries will be left to you door only with no contact. Please note that you will have to bring the machine from the door inside and that some items are heavy and will require at least two people.

Fitnesspluse.ie offer an assembly service at very reasonable rates  so please ask a member of our support team when you order or add a comment on your online order. (Not available at the Moment)
