The Proform SE treadmill features a 2.6 CHP Mach Z Commercial motor delivers smooth, consistent power for a full range of training. Built to withstand light and intense workouts, this motor cools internal components to increase the life of your drive system. The ProSox cushioned deck provides less stress on your feet, ankles, knees, and hips. This means you will be able to enjoy a longer workout and faster recovery time.
Whether you want to walk, jog, or sprint the Proform SE treadmill will accommodate you with speeds up to 18 km/h. Adjust the incline between 0 – 10% to change your workout intensity which will target specific muscle groups such as hips, quads and glutes. Both speed and incline can be adjusted by the quick, responsive controls, meaning you can focus instead of scrolling through options.
With the 5″ high contrast multi-colour display you can track your feedback, including speed, incline, distance, time and calories burnt. You get instant access to professional training programs fully loaded and ready to go with the 20 built in programs. Enjoy a challenging workout focused in on your goals. Just press “Start” and you’re off. In addition, you can connect your tablet to your treadmill with iFit BlueTooth Smart Enabled technology. Maximise your exercise experience with customised training programs, automatic statistic tracking, Google Maps routes and a new workout every day. Subscription required, however this is sold seperatley. (Please Note: iFit Live is not currently compatible with Virgin Media Routers). Tablet requires Android 5.0+ with Bluetooth 4.0+. iPad 3 and above with iOS 8+. Tablet not included.
